Using Dreams To Deal With Trauma

Most programs out there focus on SUBTRACTING the negatives but profound and long-lasting change truly happens when you ADD the positives instead.

For example, instead of seeking to remove fear, anxiety, depression, or anger the goal is to ADD Courage, Peace, Enthusiasm and Justice.

The way to recover from trauma using dreams is to understand the metaphor that shows up in the dream as a clue to the unconscious way a negative emotion (such as fear) is showing up in your life.

When you notice this honestly and flip it to the positive then it really becomes a process of positive change, development and growth unlike any other program out there.

Not only does it feel great to experience the positives, once they are there, they never go away.

The change is long-lasting. I’d even go so far as to say its eternal.
